Membership of the Nickel Institute is open to any legal entity: whose business activities consist primarily of mining, concentrating, smelting, or refining minerals and metals; who carries out such activities with respect to nickel; and, who places nickel product on the market, or is reasonably anticipated to place nickel product on the market within five years or less from the start date of membership.
