The Nickel Institute held its inaugural Battery Day on July 6, 2023. During this successful event, eight speakers shared their insights and expertise on advances in nickel-containing battery technologies, discussed emerging applications and examined the role of recycling.

The speakers included Nobel prize winner for chemistry, Professor Stanley Whittingham and Dr. Jeff Dahn, Principal Investigator NSERC/Tesla Canada Alliance Grant at Dalhousie University, both leading names in the battery space.
